Tungle.Me is a great service we’ve been making use of for the last month or two in our office. It saves us a lot of time when it comes to scheduling meetings, events and other things that require schedule coordination between 2 or more people.

The great thing about Tungle.Me is that it will sync with your Google Calendar automatically. You won’t have to maintain multiple schedules or check anything out. It will update your availability from whatever your true availability is (less any additional constraints you add) on your Google Calendar. As events get scheduled and accepted it’ll automagically appear in your Google Calendar for you, invitations sent and all!
